Anatomy & Safety for BDSM
BDSM is fun, but also carries risks.
BDSM is an exciting and vast field, but also carries many traps and (unexpected) risks. 100% safety doesn't exist. However, we want to look at typical risks and damages, in order to minimize their probability of occurring and, in case they do occur, to keep the damage as low as possible.
Workshop Content
The course covers important, safety-relevant fundamentals for Bondage and SM. Anatomy is essential foundational knowledge, as is understanding your own body, communicating about it, creating back-ups and contingency plans, and knowing how to respond in case of injury or emerging problems.
Typical dangers and risks in BDSM
SSC vs. RACK – how to do it correctly?
Anatomy & where the "red zones" are
Agreements, responsibilities and how reality (unfortunately) plays out
Influencing factors and assessing situations for appropriate play
Real case examples of accidents and open discussion round
