Anatomy & Safety for BDSM
BDSM is fun,
but also carries risks.
BDSM is an exciting and wide-ranging field, but it also carries many pitfalls and (unexpected) risks. There's no such thing as 100% safety. Still, we want to look at typical risks and injuries, so we can minimize how likely they are to occur and, should they occur anyway, keep the harm as small as possible.
Workshop content
This course covers important, safety-relevant fundamentals for bondage and SM. Anatomy is essential basic knowledge, but so is knowledge of your own body, communicating about it, backups and fallback plans, as well as the right way to behave in case of injury or when problems start to show.
The course includes both lecture-style and dialogue/hands-on elements. There's also time to address your questions!
Typical dangers and risks in BDSM
SSC vs. RACK - how to do it right
Anatomy & where the "red zones" are
Agreements, responsibilities, and what reality (unfortunately) also looks like
Real case examples of accidents and a discussion round
Participant questions
